Brisingr by Christopher Paolini

"Brisingr" is the third book in the "Inheritance" series by Christopher Paolini. It was originally supposed to be the final book, but as he tells us in the afterward of the book, it just ended up too long for just three books!

"Brisingr" covers a lot of ground, it's hard to know where to start! Paolini spends a lot of time tying together loose ends from the first two books. While the details are a interesting, as my Evil Twin put it, he needs to learn how to condense a little! By the end of the book we're poised for the final battle, Eragon and Sapphira have both grown and learned a lot, and you've had a lot of fun.

One of my favorite parts of the book comes towards the end. Eragon has been searching over the course of the book for a good sword, and he's finally realized that he needs a special one made just for him. The process he goes through in getting the materials needed, and then the actual creation of the sword, was very imaginative and the writing was incredible.
