Jumping Off of a Cliff
Standing, teetering on the edge,
Gazing at the steep drop before me.
Deep breath in, preparing myself,
Pushing all questions and thoughts away.
I close my eyes, and with a rush of joy,
I commit myself to the plunge.
Without love, life is meaningless,
But love requires a leap of faith.
I know my lovers arms are waiting,
And I cast myself into the depths of love.
